Terms of Service

Welcome to AstroCloset. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app. We tried to keep this short and readable.

1. The service

AstroCloset is an iOS application that helps you organize your wardrobe and suggests daily outfits based on astrology, weather, and your closet. We may add or change features over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AstroCloset. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.

3. Entertainment-only content

Astrology in AstroCloset is for entertainment purposes only. Outfit suggestions, daily readings, lucky colors, and celestial commentary are creative content. They are not predictions, professional advice, or guarantees of any outcome. You are always free to wear whatever you want.

4. Your account and content

AstroCloset does not require account registration. Your wardrobe photos and personal preferences are stored locally on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You retain full ownership of your photos and content. We make no claim to them.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features are available via a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s standard policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable use

Please don’t use the app to:

Violate any applicable laws or rights of others;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app;
Use automated means to harvest or manipulate app content;
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The AstroCloset name, logo, original astrology copy, illustrations, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Third-party services

AstroCloset relies on third-party services (Apple App Store, RevenueCat, OpenWeather, Sentry, PostHog). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for actions, content, or policies of third parties.

9. Disclaimers

AstroCloset is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astrology content will be accurate, complete, or suit your particular circumstances. Weather data, outfit suggestions, and astrological readings should not be relied upon for decisions of consequence.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroCloset and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using AstroCloset at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you materially breach these Terms or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service. Subscription billing follows Apple’s standard policies upon termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. For material changes that affect your rights, we will display a notice in the app on next launch.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California. If you reside outside the United States, mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction continue to apply.
