Terms of Service

Welcome to Panda Closet. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app. We tried to keep this short and readable.

1. The service

Panda Closet is an iOS application that helps you organize your wardrobe and suggests daily outfits based on astrology, weather, and your closet. We may add or change features over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Panda Closet. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.

3. Entertainment-only content

Astrology in Panda Closet is for entertainment purposes only. Outfit suggestions, daily readings, lucky colors, and celestial commentary are creative content. They are not predictions, professional advice, or guarantees of any outcome. You are always free to wear whatever you want.

4. Your account and content

Panda Closet does not require you to provide a name or email. AI Studio uses a pseudonymous account identifier to verify subscription access and quota. Your wardrobe photos and preferences remain local except when you deliberately approve an AI Studio cloud action (see our Privacy Policy). You retain ownership of your photos and grant us and the disclosed processors a limited license to process selected content only to provide the requested feature.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features are available via a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple through the payment method associated with your Apple Account and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Eligible new Plus subscribers may receive a free trial when the Plus purchase screen displays that offer. If a free trial applies, it converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The app shows the trial duration and the price charged afterward before purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s standard policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Panda Closet AI Studio is a separate monthly subscription that includes all Plus benefits, up to 30 successfully delivered model try-on images and 50 cloud clothing cutouts per billing period. Unused quota does not roll over. Failed processing does not consume delivered-image quota. This release does not offer an AI Studio annual plan or free trial.

6. Acceptable use

Please don’t use the app to:

Violate any applicable laws or rights of others;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app;
Use automated means to harvest or manipulate app content;
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content without our written permission.
Upload a photo you do not own or do not have permission to process, including another person’s full-body photo without their consent.
Use AI Studio to create deceptive, unlawful, abusive, sexual, or exploitative imagery.

7. Intellectual property

The Panda Closet name, logo, original astrology copy, illustrations, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Third-party services

Panda Closet relies on third-party services including Apple App Store, RevenueCat, OpenWeather, Supabase, Vercel, fal.ai, FASHN, OpenRouter and its model provider, Sentry, and PostHog. Their availability and processing practices are also governed by their terms and privacy policies. We select and configure providers with privacy and security controls, but do not control their independent services.

9. Disclaimers

Panda Closet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated cutouts, model try-ons, and styling replies may be inaccurate, visually inconsistent, delayed, or unavailable; they are previews, not guarantees of garment fit, sizing, color, or appearance. We also do not warrant that astrology content will be accurate or suit your circumstances. Weather data, outfit suggestions, AI outputs, and astrological readings should not be relied upon for decisions of consequence.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panda Closet and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Panda Closet at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you materially breach these Terms or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service. Subscription billing follows Apple’s standard policies upon termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. For material changes that affect your rights, we will display a notice in the app on next launch.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California. If you reside outside the United States, mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction continue to apply.
